There are also many companies that have started to operate new media such as WeChat public accounts and Weibo. There are also Alibaba that wants to be a certain industry, and a platform website for a certain industry.

1. Internet + is mature or outdated
In layman's terms, "Internet +" is "Internet + various traditional industries", but this is not a simple addition of the two, but the use of information and communication technology and Internet platforms to deeply integrate the Internet with traditional Latest Mailing Database industries and create new development ecology.
On July 4, 2015, the State Council issued the "Guiding Opinions of the State Council on Actively Promoting the "Internet Plus" Action. On May 31, 2016, the Ministry of Education and the State Language Commission released the "Report on Chinese Language Living Conditions (2016)" in Beijing. "Internet +" was selected into the top ten new words and ten buzzwords.
The formulation of the "Internet +" action plan is a part of the national action of "stabilizing growth and adjusting structure". Speaking of "Internet +", you will think of Internet finance, e-commerce, electronic payment, online education, online travel, cloud computing, big data, network security, Internet of Things, Internet of Vehicles, mobile medical care, cloud platform, etc.
But in all fairness, can you cite any successful case in the above-mentioned fields that is a successful transformation of a traditional enterprise?
It seems that the innovation of the Internet industry is successful. Therefore, this article is also based on my personal history of blood and tears, and I would like to advise some product managers to choose carefully.
2. Les Miserables with Traditional Bosses
Some people say that there are two biggest differences between traditional bosses and Internet people, which lead to an inevitable outcome in the future.
The value system is different: including values, including the value evaluation criteria for a project, the evaluation dimensions are different.
The language system is different: including the understanding, expression, and communication of products, users, operations, and data.
At least in my experience, I have met many unreliable traditional bosses.
The specific unreliability has the following manifestations. Please do not take the right seat. If there is a coincidence, it is purely accidental:
1. The company atmosphere feels like a state-owned enterprise
Many traditional bosses are still very state-owned enterprises, and they pay special attention to seniority and pomp. And don't do anything serious all day, except drinking tea and chatting, gathering friends from all walks of life. Euphemistically, the office gathers popularity, which is hard work and brainstorming.
The whole office especially talks about "corporate culture", which are big words such as "integrity, cooperation, innovation", and it feels like returning to the era when the walls were all overthrown Japanese imperialism.
2. The pace of the company is very slow, and no decision is made.
There are endless meetings every day, endless paintings and bragging. Whether it is an emerging Internet company or a traditional industry, so far no company has succeeded by bragging. No company has yet succeeded by relying on the utter wisdom of any individual, by coming up with an idea that has never been seen before, or by executive orders to prevent others from taking action. Here we have to clarify a concept, bragging and strategic vision are two different things.
